Travel buyers looking to craft breaks to Buenos Aires that will combine high tech luxury with a great base for those looking to explore the vibrant locale will have no hesitation with booking a stay at the Alvear Palace Hotel which provides all travellers could wish for throughout their stay in Argentina.

Located in the centre of La Recoleta, Buenos Aires, the Alvear Palace Hotel embodies European style and blends it with the most advanced modern technology. Standing eleven floors high, with a further five below ground, it contains a mixture of luxury rooms and suites.  With ten function rooms it is capable of hosting both social and corporate events of any size.  Recently added are the lounge suites in the former Roof Garden Hall.

The Alvear Palace Hotel has a long tradition of catering for travellers with much of the current building dating from 1932.  The unique Roof Garden Hall, with a glass dome dating from this period, has now been transformed into the 95 m2 Roof Garden Lounge Suite complete with Butler service, private check-in and access to the Alvear Lounge. This is complemented by the smaller Junior and Deluxe Lounge Suites that make up the remainder of the 10th and 11th floors.

The Alvear Lounge is exclusively available to guests staying in the Lounge Suites. Open from 7am to 8pm it offers breakfast, lunch and a wide selection of drinks.

Naturally the hotel also has a spa and fitness centre.  The spa offers a range of beauty and relaxation treatments and is accompanied by a wellness centre offering a vitality pool and sensations path.  The fitness centre offers the best cardiovascular and strength training equipment combined with Italian Technogym training and assistance from specialized staff.

The indoor pool, located on the rooftop, is sustainably heated all year round.  The Pool Bar offers a selection of light refreshments. There are also two terraces of solariums complete with deckchairs and solar showers.

Guests can choose to take refreshments in the Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, L’Orangerie (which offers a light menu) or La Bourgogne. The latter restaurant is where the Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux Jean Paul Bondoux works his magic to bring some of the best French Cuisine to Buenos Aires.

If your clients want to feel like they have stepped back in time to the Golden Age of the twenties and thirties, without losing out on modern comforts and conveniences, they would be well advised to choose Alvear Palace for their accommodation.
