I have completely fallen in love with Hyderabad. Its colours, its smells, its gongura chutney (the best!) From the excitement of the markets to the magnificence of its palace – everything about it is larger than life. On this foggy afternoon in London, where I can see nothing but white mist out of my window, it’s almost hard to believe such places exist!

For me, true luxury lies in finding the essence of a destination. While we bring as much of this to you  as possible through the experiences at Connections events, we always encourage you to explore each country further before the event begins, or once the hard work is done. In fact, we want to help you to do this!

Those of you who have been on one of our pre- or post-event trips before will know, we like you all to head home having seen plenty of sites that demands to be added to your clients’ itineraries – or something that reaffirms why you choose to work in this wonderful industry.

Connections Luxury in India will be no exception. We are working with one of India’s top destination management companies, Distant Frontiers, to bring you two trips for exploring India’s exceptional offering for luxury travellers with a zest for adventure, with Taj Hotels and Resorts kindly providing five-star accommodation throughout. They are:

1) Jaipur “Pink city” tour (Hyderabad-Jaipur-Delhi)

  • Free time to explore Jaipur’s sites and markets.

2) Golden Triangle Tour (Hyderabad-Jaipur-Agra-Delhi)

It was so much fun working with Distant Frontiers and Taj to come up with these awesome trips, and I can’t think of a better way to top off Connections Luxury in India than to travel to some of the world’s most iconic sites in style!

So, what do you reckon? Time to tick the Taj Mahal off your bucket list?
