I was browsing the AVIS Prestige website in the office this morning and was surprised I could hire a Porsche 911 Carrera S for this weekend for £764. Granted, that’s slightly more than I usually budget for going to Sainsbury’s and heading to the hairdressers. However… maybe I should spoil myself? All in the aid of research? 😉

If only. Perhaps one day soon.

All too often the issue of car hire is glossed over during the planning of travel itineraries. We all have high expectations but when you’re buying a luxury break, if you’re planning on driving, you usually want something a bit special. Something more exciting than a Vaxhuall Insignia.

You can order these super cars online in a few moments, just as you would normally. Avis also offer a dedicated Prestige reservations team who will source the right car at the right time for you.

The buyers coming to Connections Luxury next month routinely need to book Prestige vehicles for their travel clients so the opportunity to meet with Avis and be reminded of the company’s international capabilities together with the UK focus will be highly valued.
