The House Collective, owned and operated by Swire Hotels, is a group of small, individual hotels offering guests incredibly unique and personal experiences in hotels located in Asia.

Swire Hotels prides themselves on their innovative unique accommodation options, with each individually named and completely distinct from another. Their aim was to step away from the norm for hotel chains, and have each one separately designed by a team of talented and innovative architects and designers.

The Opposite House is known as a place of contrasts, featuring an extraordinary mix of old and new elements, making for creative design and styling like never before seen. Situated directly in the heart of Beijing at Taikoo Li Sanlitun, the building provides a stark contrast to natural environment, with its emerald glass exterior, very contemporary in design. Inside the hotel is just as striking with a vibrant mix of traditional and modern design elements, with a large central atrium. While staying in the beautiful hotel guests can enjoy the fully equipped Technogym and a 22m stainless steel pool, in addition to one of many spa treatments available or the relaxing steam room. One of the most unique characteristics of Opposite House is the contemporary gallery located on the ground floor.

The Upper House boasts an intimate and luxurious hotel located above Pacific Place in Hong Kong. Designed by famed Hong Kong architect Andre Fu, the hotel offers guests a friendly and informal environment that is more home than hotel. 117 rooms are available offering stunning views of Victoria Harbour or the peak. Amenities include the charming grand Cafe which features chef Gray Kunz and his delectable cuisine consisting of classic European dishes, and a range of his infamous signature dishes.

The Temple House is the newest addition to Swire’s House Collection, located in Chengdu, newly unveiled in the second quarter of 2015. Both Swire Properties and Sino-Ocean Land have developed this newest project jointly, to create a magnificent hotel amidst the Chengdu Daci Temple Cultural & Commercial Complex. The newest addition was designed by Make Architects, featuring 100 guest rooms in the hotel and 42 adjoining serviced apartments.

Regardless of which of the three House Collection hotels they stay in, visitors are guaranteed to have a diverse and memorable stay, full of beauty and culture.
