Coinciding with its 10th anniversary, SHA Wellness Clinic is introducing luxury residences that care for the environment as well as guests.
Famed on a global scale for its innovative approach to wellbeing – combining medical treatments, natural therapies and nutrition – SHA Wellness Clinic is located in Southern Spain along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, between the bay of Altea and the natural park of Sierra Helada.
SHA’s new Residences were designed with sustainability at their core – incorporating natural materials, renewable energy and water recycling systems – and technologies that actively contribute to guests’ wellbeing.
For example, the Residences adhere to the traditional principles of Feng Shui and chromotherapy (colour therapy), maximise the use of natural light and include systems for air purification.
The three types of Residences – Garden, Premier and Penthouse – range between 300 and 500 sqm in size. Some categories offer fitness rooms, treatment cabins, Turkish baths or saunas, as well as a private cinema room. Each one includes a private garden and a terrace with a glass infinity pool.
Offering an extra level of privacy and exclusivity, it’s possible to enjoy a range of therapies and cosmetic treatments in the Residences – including water therapies such as watsu, meditation, yoga, healthy cooking classes and psychological consultations.
And, while SHA remains an adults-only clinic (minors are not allowed in the common areas), with the introduction of the Residences, it will now be possible to educate children on maintaining a healthy mind and body. The new accommodation is ideal for families, groups, and those wishing to stay for longer.
