The Address Boulevard Dubai is one of their newest projects, and is scheduled to open towards the end of 2016 in central downtown Dubai. This five-star hotel will feature 196 rooms, including 35 suites of one and two bedrooms. A spectacular addition to the Dubai skyline the 370-meter-high hotel will have 67 tower levels and 6 podiums, and will be second only in height to Burj Khalifa the world’s tallest tower. With a staggering number of food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant and a rooftop restaurant with a lounge, the hotel will have all the amenities that could be expected from a five-star establishment, and more. Its recreational facilities are also impressive with three swimming pools, and a fully-fledged 760 square meter spa and a fully equipped modern gym.
